1) We are currently recruiting mature applicants who can operate in a fun, team oriented atmosphere.

2) After a trial period of 30 days, a donation of ($10) is due on the 1st of every month. Any additional donations are always appreciated.

3) You must have and monitor a working email, Messenger (yahoo or msn) and an xfire account.

4) You must have a working headset. If you don't have one or yours is broke, get a new one. Communication is very important.

5) Listen to all officers/admins at all times.

6) All members will wear the =ROW= tag at all times. Be proud of our clan and represent it accordingly.

7) All Recruits and Members should be on our ventrilo when playing online.

8) Any Recruit or Member is forbidden to be active in any other clans while enlisted ROW.

9) Do not bash/insult any other clans. We belive that if we want respect from other clans, we need to show respect.

10) Do not verbally or otherwise bash/insult any public players on our game servers. Any issues you may have with a player needs to be taken up with an officer/admin.

11) NO CHEATING/HACKING. You will be banned immediately. We monitor public and members alike and maintain a zero tolerance for anyof these offenses.

12) No Team Killing for any reason. Any issues you may have with a player needs to be taken up with an officer/admin.

13) Profanity typed on our servers by any Recruit or Member is forbidden. We have ventrilo for venting, raging and complaining, use it accordingly. We pride ourselves on running a clean server enviroment for all to participate.

All recruits will be subject to a minimum 30 day evaluation period. This allows plenty of time for recruits and current members to get to know each other.

What is required in the first 30 days of the trial period.

When playing on our game server(s), be on ventrilo.

Get to know the Active members as they will be a big factor if you continue with ROW.

Have fun and interact with everyone as much as possible.

At the end of the trial period there will be a majority vote by the Active Members on potential incoming members of ROW.

1) Anyone that is an officer will have server admin rights for their game. Some will have voice admin rights depending on their duties in the clan. They will also be a part of the Command Staff and will have privileges to the Command Staff Forum. They will be at the very least a server admin and expected to help monitor servers, help recruit and help enlisted members with any needs.

2) Officers must maintain an average of 8 hours per week online.

3) Each game will have a General who is in charge. Any officers of that game will report to them if they have any questions or need assistance.

=ROW= will have a Joint Chief of Staff (JCOS). The Generals of the games that the clan supports will report to these members. They will have final say on ANY clan activities. Any one of the JCOS can make any decisions for the clan. If there are different opinions within the JCOS, there will be a vote. The Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff will have the overriding vote.

Promotion submissions will be reviewed by the JCOS every 30 days.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff will be handling all promotions.

The Generals or the JCOS of the specific games, will be nominating the players for promotions.

Officer promotions will only be granted if there is a need or room for more officers.

Promotions shall be based on a combination of factors, not just time served in the clan.

1) Active on OUR game servers. (Minimum 6 hours per week)

2) Active in OUR forums (not just spam and funny faces but true participation).

3) Active participation in OUR voice chat.

4) Dues being paid on time.

If you do this, you will be seen as a dedicated member and most likely, will be promoted.

1) Insult the public or a member, on any game server, via typed chat or voip.

2) Posting of any insults on any clan's forums.

3) Being inactive with =ROW= (forums/game server/ventrilo) for 30 days without contacting an officer/admin.

4) Actively participating with other clans or groups (forums/game server/ventrilo), moreso then you participate with =ROW=.

5) Not wearing your =ROW= tags ( when applicable via game account )

6) Get behind more than 30 days on your clan dues without working something out with the General in charge of donations.

7) Having any reprimands against you.

If you are going to be away for longer than a week, you need to let an officer of your game know via pm or email. If this procedure is followed for the time you are away from gaming, it will not count against/for you when reviewing promotions and/or demotions. We feel that family and or work time is more important than the clan. However, we consider it common courtesy to let the officers and your clan mates know you are not going to be gaming or help populate OUR servers...etc

Once you have submitted an application, and have been contacted by one of our Command Staff, you will be given a relevant username and password for ventrilo. Do not give this information to anyone. Do not let anyone play under your name or get on our ventrilo with your account. If that username gets banned, you are responsible. You will also be given passwords for certain channels at that time and be given more as you get promoted up. No one, under the age of 18, will be on our ventrilo unless they are in the "under 18 channel". Any member is allowed to be in this channel as it will be a public channel. It is expected for anyone in the 18 and under channel to play with some maturity and watch your language. Don't be upset if you get moved out of there due to not being able to obey this simple rule. No one under 18 will be given any passwords to any member channels. You are also expected to be courteous to anyone on our ventrilo and keep the complaining down to a minimum. We are here to have fun.

We will have Competition Teams (CT) in the games we play. There will be one CT leader for each game. If you want to be on the CT, you will need to make a request to the CT leader. We are looking for DEDICATED and TEAM ORIENTED PLAYERS. You will have to be online playing a minimum of 4 nights per week and be able to take orders. Teamwork is essential in competition play. We have had a lot of success in many different games in different ladders/leagues. We know how to play in a competition environment. Being on the CT is not a member's right; it is a privilege that is provided by the clan.
